Greetings Campbell-Savona Community Members!

Please take a few minutes to visit our Community Spotlight…as you “read more” you will learn about current events and happenings in the district of community interest.  We will feature the accomplishments of our students and staff.  We also encourage you to check out our new “Video/Audio” option to the left of this message-drop down menu gives you options of student performances and/or staff and Board tributes. Our goal is to continue to make meaningful connections with our community.

Athletic Up-date

The fall sports season is officially “one for the books. Special congratulation go out to Jon Pearl and Megan Bouton. Jon and Megan qualified for and competed in the state cross country meet with Jon placing 15^th in the boys division and Meg placing 24^th in the girls division...they both represented our school and community very well at the state level.

Now we are into the winter season and will be following the basketball, swimming, cheerleading and wrestling teams throughout this season. Keep an eye on this spotlight for up-dates or better yet, come out and support some of our teams when they play at home. Complete athletic schedules are to be found under calendars on this site.

An Invitation to our Community to Enjoy our Facilities

We are very fortunate at Campbell-Savona to have beautiful buildings, athletic facilities and grounds. We encourage our community to take advantage of “your school”.  This summer we refurbished  the walking path in Campbell. The path is now well over a mile in length and great for walking or jogging. This summer we also put in two amazing playgrounds at the Savona Elementary School. If you have elementary age children I am sure you have heard a lot about the playgrounds and hopefully have stopped by after school or on the weekend with your family to enjoy them. We also encourage all of the grandmas and grandpas in the district to stop by when your grandchildren are visiting. These playgrounds are much too awesome not to be enjoyed beyond the school day and by our entire community. Finally, early in the new year, we expect to open a new fitness room which we plan to have open for community use. Watch this spotlight or the district newsletter for additional information.
