Attending: Lynn Lyndes, Superintendent; Tim Allard, Business Manager
President Cornett called
the meeting to order at 12:30 pm, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
On a motion by Orcutt, seconded by Seager,
and carried by all members present that
Lynn Lyndes be appointed Clerk Pro Temp for this meeting.
Vote: 7 Yes 0 No Motion Carried
On a motion by Orcutt, seconded by Cacace,
and carried by all members present that
the Board of Education move to executive session to discuss contract
negotiations.
Vote: 7 Yes 0 No Motion Carried
On a motion by Rosplock, seconded by Hauryski,
and carried by all members present that
the Board of Education return to regular session at 1:30 PM.
