meeting was called to order by President Tami Orcutt at 6:00 P.M. at the
Campbell-Savona High School Large Group Instruction Room followed by the Pledge
of Allegiance.
All in
attendance were asked to turn off all cell phones at this time.
The agenda for
the evening was set.

Report.

gave a report from the Audit Committee.

gave the Pupil Personnel Services Report.

gave the Elementary Report.
Lisa Hawken
gave the High School Report.
On a motion by Cornett, seconded by Hauryski, and
carried by all members present that the Board of Education accepts the
minutes of the October 26, 2009 Regular Meeting as presented.

carried by all members present that the Board of Education accepts the
financial reports as presented.

District Clerk to destroy the absentee ballots from the May 19, 2009 Annual
Meeting budget vote and Board member election.

summary report as presented.

following Superintendent’s Tenure Recommendations:

certificate number 2137060 in the tenure area of 7-12 Math Teacher beginning
December 18, 2009.

carried by all members present that the Board of Education accepts the
resignation of Nicole Woodworth as JV Cheerleading Coach.

appointment of Shawn Spear as a chaperone for the 2009-2010 school year.

carried by all members present that the Board of Education accepts with
regret a letter of intent to retire from Cathy E. Hogan effective June 30,
2010.

appointment of Margaret Badding as an elementary
volunteer.

the teacher’s union, spoke regarding negotiations, wearing black as a sign of
solidarity, and proper flag etiquette in illuminating the flag pole outside.

Session to discuss special education classifications and negotiations at 6:45
