Board of Education Meeting in the Board Room
Present: President Darrell Cornett, Vice
President Tami Orcutt, Sara Rosplock, Paul Seager, Greg Cacace,
Craig Smith, Tom Hauryski
Attending: Lynn Lyndes, Superintendent; Tim Allard,
Business
President Cornett called the meeting to order
at 5:30 PM, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
On a motion by Seager,
seconded by Cacace, and carried by all members present that the Board of
Education appoint Lynn Lyndes as Clerk Pro-Temp for this meeting.
Vote: 7 Yes 0 No Motion Carried
Tim Allard,
Business Administrator, presented a power point presentation with handouts for
the Board to review.
A short question
and answer session followed.
On a motion by Hauryski,
seconded by Orcutt, and carried by all members present that the Board of
Education take from the table the Technology bid of the Capital Project.
Vote: 7 Yes 0 No Motion Carried
On a motion by
Cacace, seconded by Rosplock, and carried by all members present that the
Board of Education awards the following contract for capital work related to
the projects 57-06-03-04-0-001-012 (Campbell 6-12, Reconstruction, CSI
Section(s) 2,4,7,8,9,10,155,15,16) and
57-06-03-04-0-003-013 (K-5 Savona, Reconstruction, CSI Section(s)
2,4,7,8,9,10,155,15,16), contingent upon submission of proper bonds,
insurances, and acceptable equivalent lists, which are required within ten days
of execution of the contract.
