The Public Hearing was called to order by
President Darrell Cornett at 7:00 P.M. and led with the pledge of allegiance.
All in attendance
were asked to turn off all cell phones at this time.
President Cornett introduced the Board of
Education Members that were in attendance.
President Darrell Cornett announced that
the Annual Vote on the Budget and Board Member Election would take place on
Tuesday, May 19, 2009 from 12:00 Noon to 8:00 P.M. in the Campbell High School
Library.
On a motion by Rosplock,
seconded by Seager, and carried by all members present that the Board of
Education appoint Ethel VanDerhoff as Chief Election Inspector.

No Motion Carried
President Cornett announced the
appointment of Polly Bulkley, Teresa Grace, Ethel VanDerhoff and
President Darrell Cornett announced that a
nominating petition had been received by Tami Orcutt for the five year expired
term of Tami Orcutt.

Question and answer period followed the budget presentation. Basic Star Exemption, cost of non-league
games funding, staff cuts, other Reserve funds and replenishing Reserve funds
were discussed.
On
motion by Orcutt, seconded by Rosplock, and carried by all members present that
the Board of Education move to Executive
Session to discuss personnel issues at 7:50 PM.

Board of Education move out of Executive Session at 9:35 PM.

of the cafeteria floors to terrazzo flooring, not to exceed $175,000.

Board of Education adjourn the meeting
