Attending: Lynn Lyndes, Superintendent; Douglas Johnson
President Cornett called
the meeting to order at 5:00 pm, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
President Cornett
instructed all in attendance to turn off cell phones at this time.
On
a motion by Smith, seconded by Seager, and carried by all members present that Lynn Lyndes be appointed Clerk Pro
Temp for this meeting.

On
a motion by Cacace, seconded by Orcutt , and carried by all members present that the Board of Education move to
executive session to discuss personnel issues.

No Motion Carried
On a motion by Rosplock, seconded by Orcutt,
and carried by all members present that
the Board of Education move out of Executive Session at 7:15 pm.
Vote: 7 Yes 0 No Motion Carried
On a motion by Cacace, seconded by Seager,
and carried by all members present that
the Board of Education adjourn the meeting at 7:20 pm.
