Hello Panther Families,
On May 18th, we are excited to offer the opportunity for students in both buildings to receive a sports physical during the school day. This is completely optional and available to any student who plans to participate in athletics during the 2026–2027 school year. The physical will meet the requirements needed for sports participation next year.
Please note: May 18th will be the only date sports physicals will be offered in both schools’ health offices this year.
If your child would like to take advantage of this opportunity:
Grade 6: Please contact School Nurse Veronica Spangenberg at VESPANGENBERG@cscsd.org
Grades 7–11: Please contact School Nurse Jennifer Noto at JENOTO@cscsd.org
Please reach out by May 8, 2026 so your student can be added to the list and have the necessary vitals obtained prior to the physical date.
