What happens when your elementary school counselor is obsessed with the Grinch and also runs the Panther Learning Leaders group? You dress up as the Grinch and go out to give hot chocolate, coffee, and snacks to the teachers! Another kind gesture in supporting each other as we work towards the holiday season!

Anything that you can think to get you in the Christmas Spirit they have! Raffles, hayride, crafts, games, food, photo booth, free books, and a visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus!

Check out this amazing group of National Honor Society students as they help the Food Bank of the Southern Tier!  They repacked rolls for distribution to satellite food banks like Panther Provisions for distribution to families and prepared bins for backpack building for elementary students.

Our CS Alumni Spotlight for this month is Laura Warren Hill. Laura is a CSCS Alumni and Associate Professor at Binghamton University, is a historian specializing in race, gender, class, and social movements. Her focus includes carceral studies - The wrongful conviction of women.

She authored the book Strike the Hammer While the Iron is Hot (2021) and co-edited The Business of Black Power (2012). She is a frequent presenter and reviewer for historical journals.

Another reminder of the powerful impact CSCS Alumni have in the world.
