What a rocking ROARS assembly today! Our students were recognized for working hard towards their SMART goals and our special BMX Star Mannie Nogueira showed us amazing tricks and our students cheered for him to "Try Again!" when he made a mistake. He even jumped his bike over Ms. Macchia, Mrs. Dickson and Mr. Anderson!

Boys on the Right Track registration is now OPEN! This program teaches boys important life skills such as problem solving, relationship building, and goal setting while training for a celebratory 5K! We love classroom celebrations at CSCS! Check out Mrs. Jackson's 5th grade ELA class working collaboratively on inferencing from a complex text and then a classroom "Go Team!" circle after they shared their learning! In addition, they made personal connections to the positive character traits of influential African American historical figures such as Jackie Robinson!
